These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TAP IN HERE website, platform and services (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not share your account with another person or create multiple accounts for the same individual.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Post content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Services or their underlying systems.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or interact with the Services in ways that exceed normal use.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services.
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual property

Our IP

The Services, including their design, code, branding, logos and documentation, are owned by TAP IN HERE and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without our prior written consent.

Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to your profile. By using the Services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, display and transmit your content as necessary to provide and promote the Services. You may remove your content at any time by editing your profile or deleting your account.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions, ideas or feedback about the Services, you grant us the right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

5. Paid plans and billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected).
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
• We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). You agree to their terms of service as well.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure.
• In no event shall TAP IN HERE, its directors, employees or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Services.
• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Services, other users or us.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will make your data available for export for 30 days after termination, after which it may be deleted.
• Sections 4, 5, 6 and 8 survive termination.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, India. If you are accessing the Services from outside India, you are responsible for compliance with local laws.

9. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
